Victoria is an experienced, award-winning Design Director, a strategic leader of product change, a qualified Furniture and Product Designer and an accomplished trend and colour professional.
With over 25 years in the retail landscape, Victoria has gained exposure at board level to transformation, international sourcing, omni channel marketing and product branding. She launched her own design consultancy to help companies make design more purposeful, improving business performance through product creation, strategy and problem solving.
With a leadership style that is adaptive and collaborative, Victoria is recognised for both thinking differently and her commerciality, approaching situations with a fresh perspective. She understands the intricacies and expectations of organisations that operate to serve consumer needs and is motivated to develop design resources and design services to facilitate them.
Seasoned in several design disciplines Victoria has experience in NPD, consumer-led innovation, trend-led and core product ranging, product development and value engineering, for high volume low margin, and high margin low volume lines, applied across the Home, Kitchen, Garden, Decorating, Kids, Nursery, & FMCG, categories.
